November Update- Out for delivery

Just a quick November Update.

This has been our biggest year yet, thanks to you. Thank you for spreading the word.

To let you know, all of the Kickstarter rewards were sent out last week and the last of the Preorders went out yesterday. They will be with you shortly. You should have received an email from Transglobal Express/DPD/UPS with a tracking number. Please check your junk folders and the emails you registered for the calendars, all of the orders that were filled in have been sent out.

Did you order an ‘ Add ON’ of the Santa’s Workshop?

If you did order an Add ON of the Santa's Workshop, we had a technical hiccup with BackerKit where it confused this add on with another calendar. Only a few got affected on this and we managed to sort it out from our end before they went out. Some orders were already sent, and we have received some emails already regarding this. We have sent replacements out to the few that got out and we know who you are so no need to contact us, they are on their way.

Customs Delivery

We have had feedback regarding some of the custom duties cost. Yes, we agree they are getting ridiculously high. We will be looking into this for the future to offer better value to our customers, especially to those in Canada/ US and EU. As we grow as a company, we are looking at more options to expand such as couriers who can offer the best price, offering DDP on rewards and perhaps even an EU hub would be applicable in the future.

Are you in the UK?

Come visit us at the Festive Gift Fair in Birmingham this week and at the Ideal home show in London next week. We are getting on the stall to get the calendars out there.

During the next few weeks our online store will go to our Amazon Store for fulfilling. If you are in the US or Canada please check out our reseller links at the bottom of our website.

Clues

Hints will be going up on the website nearer to December, so if you cannot wait to get started that’s okay you can make your way through the calendar however hints won’t be available for a week or two.

Packing and delivery - October update

Hello Everyone

All of the calendars have arrived from the manufacturer, they all look beautiful and are being packed into their mailers ready to be shipped out.

We have packed up to 700 packages already and finishing the rest by the end of the week. As we are shipping them ourselves this year we will be sending in batches. USA and Canada, Worldwide and then UK during the next few weeks.  All deliveries to USA, Canada and Worldwide can take up to 10 working days to arrive. UK deliveries will take up to 5 working days to arrive. We are aiming to get all rewards out by the first week of November, so you are ready for the 1st December.

Pre-order Store

We had a countdown for a pre-order store and then had many requests to keep it open. So we have decided to keep it open for a little while longer as we finish our Kickstarter deliveries.

We know you are excited to get started on your calendars, we cannot stop you solving before 1st December however if you are after a clue or hint from our website,  they will only be available closer to the beginning of December.

September Update- On target

Hello Everyone

We hope you are having a loving 'warm' September.  We are still on target for you calendars to be to you in November.

As scheduled, we are still in the manufacturing and packing stage. Everything has been printed and chocolates are being placed as we speak.  Don't worry your chocolates haven't melted and the production line has been kept cool throughout this UK heatwave. Numbers are good and we are manufacturing the amounts needed to fulfil your rewards.

What's next?

We will be locking your addresses on BackerKit now. You will receive an email shortly that will tell you this. This is your last chance to make sure the shipping details are correct and whether or not you would like any extra add ons to your order. Please make sure the address is the one you want your calendars sent to in November.  

PRE ORDER STORE

We will keep our pre-order store open a little longer for anyone who has not ordered their calendars yet. We will be closing this near the beginning of October.

Chocolates arrived on schedule.

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick message to let you know that the Chocolates arrived the other day and production has started on your calendars.

Surveys 90% complete!!

Thank you to everyone who has filled in the survey on BackerKit. This is great and we can get on top of shipping much quicker. Just around 40 people left to fill out the surveys. Please check your inboxes. We have noticed some of the remaining emails are apple ID ones. Kickstarter sometimes has trouble with these and will either send to the junk folder or not at all so please check your email folders.

We will keep you updated as things progress.

Hello everyone, we are just sending a quick update about what is happening.  We have sent off the artwork for final printing as per schedule. Also the milk chocolate have been ordered and are being sent to the manufacturer for placement.

Surveys

We will be sending out surveys for delivery addresses very shortly.  This will be coming from BackerKit, so please check your junk mail folders if you have not received them within the next 2 days. We have also added the possibility to get more add ons, including the wooden and acrylic Puzzle-A-Day calendar from DragonFjord that we sell on our website. Great for a stocking filler.

We will be sending the first set of surveys to the early bird backers first and then follow with all of the other pledges shortly after.

When filling in the survey, please make sure that you using the address you will want the calendars sent too in November. There will be a reminder to confirm this when we are ready to deliver.
